Luke and his team were fantastic from start to finish. He came out and gave good quotes and honest and helpful advice on bits we wanted to do ourselves. Whilst doing the job the team worked tidily which was important as they had to pass through a neighbours garden for access, they were approachable and transparent as they did the job. They worked in a timely manner and stuck to the schedule they had originally set out. They made a real effort to use the materials already available in the garden, which not only kept the project sustainable but also helped everything blend beautifully with the existing space. The final design is low‑maintenance, aesthetically pleasing, and perfectly suited to a family with children. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, with a very clean and tidy finish throughout. Whenever unexpected issues came up, they handled them with smart problem‑solving and kept communication clear and consistent. Luke and his team did an absolutely fantastic job at transforming our back garden. Luke was always on hand to answer any questions and suggested many ideas along the way. We had all new fencing, gates, new wooden gazebo, new sleeper beds, artificial lawn, patio and continued this down both sides of the house. Quite a big job but done on time and amazing well. I’m always quite conscious about my neighbours when I have work done but they were considerate to all three sides of my neighbours and ensured their sides were left just as good as ours. The team were punctual, friendly and left the property clean and tidy. (Even jet washing our front drive on leaving!) From the moment of the initial quote, subsequent phone call from Luke (whilst on his holidays!), visit from Luke to agree some bits and pieces I knew I had found the right guys to do the job. Fairly big job including a decking platform up to a conservatory, paving, lawn laying and some other landscaping. Good communication throughout, really good lads on the job who always arrived on time and worked hard all day. Original timeline had to be stretched as some drainage issues were found, but solutions were discussed and found, and I really got the impression they enjoyed the challenge of finding the best and most cost-effective way of dealing with the issue. So pleased with my new garden and have certainly enjoyed the recent sunshine out there with a few beers. Price was inline with what I was expecting to pay and Luke made follow up calls to see how things were after a few weeks to see if there was any snagging... We would highly recommend Luke, John and Steve.  They have done a complete refurbishment of our back garden.  Despite restricted access they worked around this and nothing was too much trouble.They kept us constantly updated, turned up everyday and have done a fabulous job with great attention to detail.
